My Husband went to the doctor for a year with bone aches. The doctor would not refer him out to a specialist. He finally did blood work and told us his was fine. we took the same blood work to other doctor which we paid for out of pocket and found out that my husband has bone marrow cancer. Please do NOT go to Dr. Adema it could very possible mean your life.
Dr. Adema is a wonderful doctor. I take my son (who is 2 years old) to him. He respects our wishes, especially because we choose not to vaccinate our son, and he's always trying to get you to do research instead of blindly trusting. Yes, the wait is incredibly long some days and the answering service is rude, but it's still worth it to me. He treats you as a whole and he's not drug-happy like some other dr's. He went to my school, and taught us all about natural medicines and what to eat& what not to eat. He's so amazing! :)
Highly knowledgable. There seems to be many days and times that they are unavailable. His answering service is rude and not helpful. There is often problems with delays in referrals. My back problem got to a severe level before action was taken. Not fun.
Dr. Adema is a great doctor who cares about your health. He has dry sense of humor and extremely personable. I know that my baby is in the best care with Dr. Adema. My husband and I were not in favor of vaccinations and it was refreshing to meet a doctor that felt as we do. He is easy to work with and easy to talk to. He gives his honest and professional opinion. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Ademas' staff is rude, uncaring,unable to do anything in a prompt or timely manner. The wait time to get an appt is ridiculous. The time spent waiting in the office is ridiculous-he books 3 at a time. The refferals take forever. NO one ever returns a call. Our entire family has left the office. If you have a problem & want to just stop in w/a ques. watch out-you are not welcome. There is a new sign on the door-'NO WALK-INS'-how about-'dr. doesn't care'! My mom is 91 & in wheelchair. Dr. Adema is wonderful. Yes, sometimes we have to wait, but he is so worth it! He treats the whole person. I was in a wheelchair and in horrible pain when I first started seeing him, and now I only need a cane on occasion and am so pleased with my treatment. I'm so glad that he treats our entire family. He's a very wise man and very thorough. He runs a little late because he spends so much time with each patient. I don;t know if I would still be alive if I remained with Kaiser.
I like that Dr. Adame gets me involved in my own care. He encourages me to google information on my diagnosis to better understand the things I can do to help myself. Being a woman, he doesn't treat my diagnosis' the same way as he would a different woman - he understands that each person is different and what works for one may not work for another.
