The person who answered the phone was so rude, I would never take my cat to this clinic. It’s poor customer service to have rude people answering the phone because that’s how you lose business. My indoor cat ran away and I was calling the vet clinics in the area to see if my kitten might have been turned in by someone, but the woman who answered the phone on Friday 05/17 at 4:19 pm was so rude I don’t think she even listened to anything I said, she was rude, unkind, and uncaring. WOW PPLE are just Rude and hateful with comments... Unbelievable! Dr. Knepper has been my furrie babies doc for bout 7 yrs now. I live in North Carolina now & I still make my travels to take my babies to him. I have NOTHING BUT TRUST IN HIM AND HIS STAFF :) TYVM , He has saved me beyond alot of money especially giving advice on Home Remenidies. I so appreciate him. Very nice guy. Very interesting guy. Staff was very nice and professional. Price of visit was transparent and up front. No surprises. Treated our dog very well. Quite happy with the visit. Less one star because the building was in rough shape and is a bit off putting. I had to do a double take on where the parking "lot" was (behind the house in the ally)
