Dr Pelto and staff were very caring and professional. I called to make an appointment with Dr Saviet for a new foot issue and was given the first available which was a week away. The next day my foot was worsening so I called back and asked if any other Dr from the practice could see me and was given an appointment for that day with Dr Pelto. Why would you not help me I just called you left me to no one ,I been very patient 8 years can't walk and lost another job because my foot kills .I'm not asking for to much by a referral or disability.i can't even stand and shave or shower or walk in grocery store .Thanks for hanging up today I paid a lot of money and my insurance my foot is worse now then before all I wanted was help.
My first visit, with a serious pain in my foot, the experience exceeded my expectations! The front desk was professional and fast; my wait was less than 10 minutes! My wait in the doctor’s waiting was even shorter! The doctor was bright and showed me great concern of my situation! I did not feel rushed; he took time to hear my history.
