The receptionist quite rude! She informed me The appointment would not be scheduled until she received records from my previous doctor and completed new patient forms. I went to the office and signed it & completed the new patient forms. After two weeks I called and was informed the reports had not arrived. She would not call them! It was up to me. Top notch Dr and excellent professional staff... Dr Arents is very knowledgeable and compassionate
Excellent doctor, very thorough and has a caring disposition. Glad to have him as my pulmonologist.
I would not recommend Dr. Arents. Used old lab work which showed me being sicker than my current labs so I would qualify for an expensive life long treatment
I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time (one week). He made the connection between asthma and GERD and treated the GERD NOT the asthma which was brilliant. With this observation I was able to research natural treatments for GERD and am 99% GERD and asthma symptom free and off all medication! Thank you!
