At first it was a great experience, i got along with the nurse, and the doctor who saw me. but the weird gun thing, did nothing for my pain. The vibration (vibrocussor) thing that they used, eased my pain more than the actual treatment. I stopped going because it was, in the long run making my pain worse, being pregnant and having horrible back pain as it is, adding on top of pain that is getting worse isn't fun. Honestly, my first impression was great. They are extremely friendly and very welcoming. For this I am thankful. However, I just got done with my first treatment ever and, unfortunately, it did not meet the same standard as the exceptional customer service they had. When the treatment was happening I had a feeling it happened way to quickly and that not enough attention was given to the actual problem.
