Dr. Kwok is one of the most amazing doctors in Las Vegas! The front end office staff for this facility is crap! It’s been a year and they are still confused and don’t follow directions. Can’t get test material authorized by the doctor sent to Steinberg as Dr. Kwok wanted. His office staff is inept. I don’t know why he doesn’t care but in over a year it’s the same stuff and when you call his machine and it tells you to press number five so you get authorizations a lady gets on and tells you how that extensions no longer worki... read more
It's hard to get a timely appointment and even harder to get an accurate message relayed through the medical assistant. However, the check in and check out staff are excellent, and Dr Donald is a caring, intelligent, very competent physician. He thinks outside the box. He's a good listener. Takes his time. Treats his patients very individually, which is so important because not every person experiences the same disease or syndrome in the same way.
Dr Donald Kwok is amazing, engaging, and actually gives the time to you to ask questions and provides answers.
Had a colonoscopy done. Dr. Kwok was professional and friendly. Staff at his facility is fabulous. Thank you, great job!
Dr.kwok staff is very rude I had a appointment was told I would have to pay $65.00 everytime I saw him so i canceled my appointment and my wife will find another Doctor.
