After a laminectomy in 2014, my husband’s condition slowly worsened. Not healthy enough for further surgery. In excruciating pain immediately following surgery. His quality of life decreased and now he is hunched over. Ruined our chances of traveling as his endurance is extremely diminished. On disability. Never again.
This is probably the absolute worst front office I’ve dealt with. Appointments are cancelled by office attendants the day before theyre scheduled. When you call, you immediately get a five minute voicemail. It then sends you to “the front desk” which is a vm 90% of the time. You’ll get text messages to confirm appointments that are not yours, had initial appointment 10/18, still have not seen Dr. three months later 1/19. Terrible! Excruciating pain! Doctor probably doesn’t know I exist
Dr. Behrmann has done 2 cervical spine fusions and will be doing a third in 3 months. He may also be doing intensive lumbar surgery in the future. He is an excellent doctor, great bedside manner and has excellent assistants and office personnel. I highly recommend him for any surgical needs. His administrative assistant is fantastic, very quick, thorough and excellent at meeting your needs.
From My initial meeting at the Florida Hospital, Dr Behrmann and his team were Wonderfull.
Dr. Behrmann and his entire staff are extremely helpful and caring. I recently had a cervical discectomy and fusion with them and It was easy to trust them because everything was explained so well, nothing was unexpected. It is 2 weeks post surgery and I am healing well, better than I ever expected. I would recommend him to anyone.
Skin incision used for lumbar fusion procedure did not heal after 10 weeks and was extremely painful during this time period. Dr. Behrmann would not see me during this time, instead having his assistants see me, despite repeated requests. After 10 weeks skin incision was finally repaired surgically. Almost 6 months following procedure pain relief is little if any.

Terrible post op care. Pretty sure he's made my back worse and the patient care is terrible. Will NOT be returning
Spine surgery is a scary thought but working with Dr. Behrmann made me feel confident, secure and totally trustworthy of his capabilities as a surgeon and a caring Doctor. His nurses were terrific to work with and his P.A. spend an abundant amount of time answering my questions and making sure I understood the entire process.
