I came to Dr. Bookman as an adolescent for crowns on my front two teeth, and full braces. When the braces were finally finished and taken off, my resting bite was formed improperly to be on my front teeth, not back. I suspect it has to do with the enormous thickness of the crowns he put on (whether his or Medicaid's pick, I don't know), but it should have been caught by the molds and examinations, either way.
