Been going to Dr Hooie for a few months now, they are professional, honest and caring , really like that Dr Hooie tells you bluntly what the situation is, doesn't beat around the bush , the office staff is friendly and accomodating, highly recommend them
In an emergency situation Dr. Hooie and everyone on his staff went above and beyond to get me in and treated. I was not an existing patient! Needless to say I am now (as well as my husband) a patient of Dr. Hooie. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. If you are looking for a dental office that truly cares about helping people, that is extremely clean, prompt with appointments and has excellent communication - look no further!
Hands down best dental practice I’ve found. I’ve had a few teeth pulled here, and each time Dr Hooie was able to do simple extractions despite one of the teeth being extremely broken. Each time I’ve been able to eat soft food within 3 or so hours with no pain and no meds required(though they do recommend otc). I have a fear of anesthesia so I was very happy to learn that they simply numb the area here. I’ve called after extractions for tips multiple times and gotten solid helpful advice each time. Started going to Doctor Hooie. I think he is professional, friendly and a collector of vintage trains. I have many visits ahead of me due to awaiting a transplant. The team is working with me to get ready for that. I really like the people I have met so far. They are kind and gentle.
Wow!!! I haven’t been to this place yet but…. Let me tell you, just my experience with making my family’s appointments was beyond amazing! I spoke with Shalena and she put my fears at ease with how nice she was on the phone. She explained everything very clear and helped to calm my dental phobia with just making my appointment. If my experience in the dentist chair is anything like what I experienced making my appointment, then I may actually be able to overcome my fear! Thanks Shalena for being so kind and amazing!
