Dr. Patacca was engaging, offered explanations, and dealt with my issue expeditiously. Jill, the dental assistant, offered clear explanations, handled her role professionally and had a friendly and professional demeanor. The office staff was friendly, efficient and made sure my insurance was approved. This was my first time at the practice and I am happy to be returning.
They got me in quickly for an emergency filling repair. In an out in less than 2hrs! The Dr. and staff were warm and extremely friendly. Needless to say I will be returning for all my future dental needs. Thanks again!
Called the office and the lady was rude. Instead of answering my question she suggested me to call my insurance and get the cost when every dentist has different charges and discounts applied on the base charges of the dentist charge. She said she doesn’t have time to get me the prices and she did this twice. Not sure what services they will provide if they don’t have time to answer one simple question. If receptionist doesn’t have time then Doc will be busier than her. I won’t waste my time on places like this 👎
