Dr. Stillwagon had me in and out in under five minutes, rushing the whole time. when i asked questions his answers were short and rude. Left with nothing but a bill which was wrong. My office copay through my husbands insurance is $20 and i was charged $129. I have called the billing department and left multiple messages and can not get a hold of anyone other than a voicemail. I have used Donald Stillwagon as a general practitioner and Panther Creek Medical Center for location convenience only. I rarely have had good experiences here. This facility seems to be a "make money fast" operation. I'm not sure if human well-being and compassion are part of the Hippocratic Oath, but I am quite sure manipulating the system to make as much money as possible, as fast as possible, and treating people like they are ignorant, is not part of it.
