I’ve been a patient of Dr Soles since he started practicing medicine. I have always been well treated. His staff are always pleasant and professional. Dr Soles always takes the time needed to treat me. Great bedside manner and nonjudgmental. I have lived in Mathews county 54 miles away and still see Dr Soles!
Such an amazing doctor and person, and the staff is excellent as well.
Lindsey, the girl who answered the phone, was extremely rude and condescending when asking general questions to the point I just hung up on her. Totally disgusted, from someone seeking life saving healthcare to the person my hmo directed me too. I’ve complained to them and others so hopefully others won’t have the same expierence!!
I have been with Dr. Soles for thirty years and always appreciates his bed side manners and his knowledge. I have never meet a better medical person. He once solve my gout issue by recommending consuming cherries and worked great. I contribute my good health to his good care.
