For over a year I suffered with headaches, sore throat, post nasal drip, eye pain and tooth pain. Went to dentist, optometrist and ENT. All the EN told me was that I had no disease. Finally, found Dr. Lanza. In one visit he diagnosed possible silent acid reflux. I never heard of it, but I did what he told me and, of course, as you can guess. It was a very happy ending. I just recommended him to a friend with an incessant cough.
I met Dr. Lanza 10 years ago on an airplane when he commented about my incessant cough. I became a patient. Recent serious sinus complications brought me to his office again. He would be anyone's most desired type of doctor. Simply the best in every way.
Dr. Lanza is very knowledgeable. He thinks out of the box if needed. As I type this I see my own review from April, 2018. I can honestly say he still has come through to help me even when others didn't know what to do. I am told by other specialists he doesn't usually work with people in my situation. I am so thankful he has for over two years.
I was having sinus problems & other related problems for years. I went on line & I read Dr. L reviews so made an appt. that’s all it took within two months his prescribed treatment resolved my problems. I’m Fm NE Fl about 4.5 hrs away so I drive to be treated by DrLanza & his wonderful staff.
I am truly thankful to have found Dr. Lanza and he has been my doctor since 2005. He is still as attentive and caring as he was the first time I met him. He spends time with me and is extremely proactive in my care. I highly recommend him.

He helped when other ENT specialists couldn't. He is smart, honest, and compassionate.
I have been considered a complex patient for many years. I wasn't doing well, Palliative Care gave me what I have called the gloom/doom report. My lead specialist known for taking complex cases didn't know what to do. My ENT sent me to Dr. Lanza. Multiple new specialists, with Dr. Lanza has been a huge part in changing my life. I no longer use my motorized chair. My friends and medical providers are amazed at the change. My ENT says I don't think I have ever seen your sinus look so good.
Dr Donald Lanza MD has been my Sinus ENT my for many years. I fly from CT &or Stuart FL to his office in St. Pete, FL as he understands my unusual & complex ENT issues which requires scoping & draining both my sinuses & if needed he does cultures to determine the bacterial (currrent infection type) & promptly puts me on the proper antibiotics.. My condition, is complex, but he is very patient, listens & understands. I have seen many many ENT, he is Top of the Line.
