Very straight forward and nice people in there. I was told by two different dentist that I would need to see an oral surgeon in order to get two top teeth in the back (14,15) removed because they couldn't do it Mr Kellner took one look and said with the utmost confidence me and my assistant can get those out no problem. I can't lie the luck I've had as of late with Drs and dentist and stuff I was very skeptical to say the least. Not only did he say he could do it but was going to do it that very morning . This office has incredibly friendly staff. The front desk Girl Jess was very friendly and accommodated my schedule. This office has limited hours but I’m grateful that their hours are as such to accommodate mine! The Dental assistant Kayla was very sweet too! The blonde girl who cleaned my teeth was not only gentle but friendly and informative. I took her advice and got an electric toothbrush! Best decision ever!!
I won’t go back to see this dentist.He was very rough when checking the source of pain in my back upper tooth.He seems upset when you don’t have a problem.
Terrible service. They have one specialist that comes in once a month only. I wait a month. The tell me my appointment is 2pm. I immediately put it in my calendar. I arrive at 2pm, and they say my appointment was at 130pm. Sorry you have to wait another month. Chaos and confusion. Finding someone else.
terrible at best for the older person, seemed preoccupied and in a hurry, would not listen very unprofessional in my case!
