I had a great experience no complaints, the Receptionist , my X-ray tech I think his name was Renee good, the doctor Allen was great. He was pleasant gentle told me my results and let me make my decisions. Thank you God bless
The initial appt with Dr Allen was fine. However I had to call three times before I was able to get ahold of someone in order to make a change to my surgery date. Doesn’t really give great assurances.
We met Dr. Allen for the 1st time this week for a consultation. He explained our options clearly and thoroughly in a way we could understand. His confident manner was very reassuring. The staff were all very sweet and super helpful. We arrived 30 minutes early and were still seen almost immediately. Overall a very positive experience.
I was impressed with the friendliness of the support staff in the front amd nack offices. Dr. Allen is very friendly and attentive. It was apparent that he familiarize himself with my medical history prior to seeing me.
