Dr. Shapiro was extremely friendly and informative. He helped me understand the changes to my vision, and recommended progressive lenses to help eliminate headaches caused by adjusting between computer screens. He was personable, educated me about the changes caused by my age and my work environment, and really made me feel welcome and listened to my concerns. Best eye exam I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
Dr. Shapiro is the best optometrist!!! His experience, knowledge and kindness make visiting the eye doctor a pleasant experience. His new office Vision Mood has top of the line technology, knowledgeable friendly staff, and a chic Zen atmosphere! Dr. Shapiro and his assistant Omar go above and beyond to accommodate your needs! At this office you are not just another number!
Dr Don and his team are some of the nicest most helpful people! Came in while on vacation because I forgot my contacts, and they were able to accommodate my needs right away. Highly recommend coming here for a visit!
Dr. Shapiro used to be located at For Eyes in south beach where I started seeing him since 2010. Over the years I have also lived in New York and Texas but have never found a Doctor as good as Dr. Shapiro. Always full of integrity, extremely knowledgeable, and never had to go back twice or pay a lot. He is the best! He also knows all the newest and forthcoming products making eye contacts selection a breeze!
I am new MB and as it goes need an exam and new glasses. Reviews look good though few. My appointment is at 10 am and I arrive before the most of staff including the Doc. There is another person with an appointment at 10:30 and we complete our forms. At 10:15, other gentlemen is headed back as prompted by the Dr. So, I'm sitting there and inquiry as to the fact that my appt is 10. I am told, I'm first and head back.
