Dr Heacock is a great doctor and although I’ve only visited this office once before my procedure, the staff was great as well. The receptionist was attentive ,and Ms. Brenda who did my intake consult was just as attentive and helpful.
Dr. Don S. Heacock is amazing! I was VERY impressed and pleased with him and his staff at his office downtown and the staff and nurses at Gastro South. I recommend anyone who is preparing for a colonoscopy to have it at this facility! I was VERY well taken care of. Everyone was friendly and amazing!
Dr. Heacock is an awesome doctor, very polite and knowledged with his craft however I gave his office 3 stars because the adminstrative workers in his office are not professional, I almost took a drug thats in the penicillin characteristics that Im allergic to instead of calling me they sent a letter in the mail to tell me not to take the medication when it was noticed. I have never known a doctors office to do that, what if I had taken it before the letter got to me🤷🏾Dr. Heacock needs to replace his administration because... read more
