My name is Anita Conner I bought a pair of 1200 dollar glasses. I was gave a 79 cent glass case.i told Dr Robbins .he came to my job.gave me 4 two dollar eye glass classes .He pointed his finger at me,and demanded I apologize to the people I complained to..I returned his eye glass classes. And I'm not apologizing to anyone..and of course list a 15 year patient.read between the Lines what he can do with his cheap eye glass casses.I called Mark and said the same comment to him.
Wasn’t helpful. Were Rude. Will not recommend them. Went to another Eye store specialist in Cornelia and they made me feel welcomed and helped me with my prescription and they got my business.
Excellent service from all office personnel.
Dr. Robbins is hands down the best in Cleveland. After years of being told I had different eye issues, and never getting glasses that I was happy with, after my first visit, he and Mark had me seeing perfectly. Jackie, the front receptionist is a gem! Dr. Robbins will have me as a patient as long as he has his practice!
