Would rate zero stars but that's not an option. Very impersonal, money and procedure oriented only, turnstile feel. Sad when you truly have medical issues needing addressed.
All this Dr and place wants to do is give you shots in your back, instead of helping you out with your real pain. People who need their medicine to help them get threw their day without pain don't help. But all the ones that come in and fake that there hurting and all strung up and out of it, they get medicine. This place is a joke!!!
Hi I am a chronic spinal stenosis patient. I have delt with severe pain since 1998. I have had 3 surgeries,(one from car accident) physical therapy and now an Epidural. Being I do not tolerate opiods well, I decided to get an Epidural with a steroidal injection. Dr. Nicolson was awesome. Dr. Nicholson is by far the best pain management/specialist at this location. The staff is very nice and caring. But, CRNP Garrick Smith is the worst person to have at any pain management facility that I've ever visited. I was being seen by him for a couple years several years back. Out of nowhere, he falsely accused me of having marijuana and alcohol in my urine, which is impossible. I haven't smoked in many years, nor have I had a single drink in at least 8+ weeks.
