I’m very happy with the care I receive from him at his Azure Drive location. Unfortunately, communication with his staff is simply atrocious. I have called or emailed multiple things to be addressed and the staff simply blows it off. One time I had an awful Upper Respiratory Infection and called the office first thing in the morning. No one ever called. I ended up at Urgent Care. Another time they ordered a glucose monitoring machine but forgot to order the lancets that go with it.
