DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY LANE OFFICE. TWICE THEY HAVE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR SERVICE THAT MY INSURANCE COVERS 100%. THE STAFF ANSWERS THE PHONE HOW CAN I MAKE YOU SMILE BUT WHEN YOU GO TO CHECK IN THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND DON'T SMILE WHEN TALKING TO YOU MAYBE THE STAFF SHOULD FIND ANOTHER DENTIST TO MAKE THEM SMILE. They are the best ... very kind and my dr howarth and kellyann are very patient, very kind and very professional the best care I can ask for. Can't put it into words they are truly the best. Highly recommend to anyone in danford.
Heather is a big reason I give this office 5 stars, people are so nice but as always there are those who are not and just don't care and are there for just a paycheck. If you want someone who genuinely cares and is top tier all while doing her job to the fullest extent, definitely ask for Heather. She does her job very very well and she is very well mannered! Thanks so much Heather & Lane & Associates, shes truly a Gem.
Don't even bother calling any of Lane's locations if you have Medicaid. They do not take new Medicaid patients at any of them. The current Medicaid patients they treat like second class patients. The Lillington location scheduled me 1 1/2 months out for a root canal. I had been fighting constant infections and eating tomato soup for months. They call me the day before and let me know they have to cancel and offer no recourse. From all the comments here I can tell they operate the exact same way here.
