This Dr is mentioned on my in network. When I first called I gave all my insurance information and the rep accepted and schedule me for today. I get there at 4:45. The staff called me close to 6 to the window and asked for my insurance card. She then said that she don’t think they accept it and asked the Dr while I was telling her that I gave the info over the phone and he is in my network. The most incompetent front receptionists ever. I called to make an appointment then I called a few days before my appointment to confirm then I got an automatic messgae from them to confirm which I confirmed. I arrive 20 min before my appointment and see 4 other patients. I go to the receptionist who tells me to sign in. I ask don't I have to sign new patient documents and she says yes I forgot.
