The most incompetent front receptionists ever. I called to make an appointment then I called a few days before my appointment to confirm then I got an automatic messgae from them to confirm which I confirmed. I arrive 20 min before my appointment and see 4 other patients. I go to the receptionist who tells me to sign in. I ask don't I have to sign new patient documents and she says yes I forgot. Dr Ligresti was very smart, quick & to the point. A great sense of humor and very honest answers. Will not be letting anybody else touch my face!
The doctor and staff were nice, but I felt uncomfortable with how the office was run. Many patients in the waiting room, including myself, were under the impression they'd be seen first, as several were scheduled at the same time. The doctor seemed knowledgeable but came across as inexperienced and didn’t assess me properly. He explained things as if I already understood, which made the experience feel rushed and unclear.
