Unbelievable. I called a few weeks ago and set an appointment for 6:15pm on a Tuesday where they are open until 7pm for a consultation. I made sure to leave work early (losing pay) to make this appointment and showed 10 minutes early. Doors were locked. No one was there. Tried calling the direct number multiple times. I never received any phone calls about canceling or rescheduling the appointment prior to today. On the voice message, there is a billing phone number. This Dr DJ.Ligresti is taking ppl money. They don’t except your insurance but still act like it and took my co pay then I get the entire bill. I called the billing Dept and tgey noticed it as well. They lie for a $100 bucks. What a doctor and I will never return. Scammers
Doctor is awesome, the staff is rude and unprofessional and never pick up the phone.
This Dr is mentioned on my in network. When I first called I gave all my insurance information and the rep accepted and schedule me for today. I get there at 4:45. The staff called me close to 6 to the window and asked for my insurance card. She then said that she don’t think they accept it and asked the Dr while I was telling her that I gave the info over the phone and he is in my network.
