Waste of time! I used to see this doctor regularly. Staff is incompetent! Made me an appointment and told me to come 5/15 at 2:45. Appointment confirmation is in the screenshot below. I get to the appointment and the waiting room is empty. I’m told that the doctor is leaving early and I don’t have an appointment…I said “I do and I have a confirmation, and a referral from my insurance”. The girl said they don’t take my insurance. Dr ligresti it’s a pretty good doctor and he knows what he’s doing, but the receptionist a tall skinny lady it’s very nasty with the patients and her co-workers.. she doesn’t know how to talk to people.
Dr. Ligresti is one of the best outpatient Doctors I’ve ever been to! He is extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable!!! He helped treat my acne and even when I was getting frustrated with the rate at which my acne was disappearing he took the time to explore new treatment options with me and make sure I was ok with the plan. He is truly an amazing doctor and would recommend all of my friends and acquaintances to him! He also knows some really good restaurants to eat at in the area!!!
