Teh office staff is absolutely incompetent. They filed my insurance claim incorrectly every time I went to see the dentist even though i explained the conditions of my insurance to them each and every time. Really bad organization.

They responded to bid job quickly. A few glitches in communication inter office there as my email approving template just never got passed along. Eventually that got worked out and i got an install date. That day they arrived and right away they had cut one piece wrong. They were going to remedy that and cont. Forward carrying in pieces, but to many pieces. I agreed to template seam locations. This company took it apon themselves to change seam locations to suit their needs without as much as a phone call. We've gone to Drs Lee and Konen for over 20 years. They and their staff are great, and so are our teeth.
