Found an article in library with glowing results of Galliano. After 2 months of slow appmnts, lasting 3 to 5 mins, I left his office this week knowing he had no desire to hopefully eliminate my horrendous pain of three yrs, being bedridden !! The most uncaring dr I've ever had during my 10 yr battle...informed me we would do bio feedback leading me to know he wasn't interested in my condition !,,, I would not take my dog to him !!!!
Having read other reviews i had low expectations for Dr Galliano's bedside manner. My primary care doctor assured me he was most technically qualified to perform minimally invasive suregery for my condition. As it turned out, the surgery ended up being invasive, followed by serious complications. Bedside manner matters when things don't go accordiing to plan and recovery is complicated.
Not informative before surgery- spent seconds with patient after surgery- didn't even give a chance for questions from a concerned patient. Office staff was very cold and rude. PA is super sweet and awesome - that's the only thing this office has going for them and the only reason I didn't give 1 star.
His surgical prowess leaves little chance for infection if properly dressed post op, and his charming personality leave your nerves at ease. A pleasant experience of an unpleasant nature.
Came into the hospital room once before surgery, for less than a minute, said he was doing surgery the next day and as I was asking a question...he headed for the door before I could finish and never stopped. I was prepped and waiting for 2 1/2 hours for surgery; it was explained to me "he doesn't like to wait". The surgery was much more complicated than expected and I was never told why because he never came to my room to check on me after surgery.
Don't know. They don't call back or respond to email. What's that all about? G
