Never in my days have I experienced such unprofessionalism, lack of empathy and malpractice from a medical team before. I was there to support a friend for an appointment that is generally very hard for her to go through with, and the nurse had no patience for the situation at hand. WORST DOCTOR OFFICE EVER!! Both times I have been to this awful place the lady doctor there was so rude and talks to you like if your feelings are invalid. I went to get my blood drawn here and I get anxiety doing that because I hate needles. I had my friend come with me for that reason, I just wanted to hold her hand during it and the lady would not let her past the door even though she wouldnt have been in her way (which is what she claimed.)
