Each time that I had a need, Dr. Patolia and her team delivered. There were minimal waits in the waiting room, and even less once in the examination room. Everyone was very friendly and quick to help with whatever I needed- appointment rescheduling, random questions, and forms for my work. She was caring and thorough, explaining the entire surgical and recovery process, answering each of my questions before I even asked. Dr. Patolia is very easy to talk to. She makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to listen, which is so important. Unlike experiences I’ve had with other doctors, I never feel brushed off or misdiagnosed with her. She provides the expertise I’m looking for and cares about her patients.
Dr. Patolia is thorough, dedicated, and doesn’t stop until she finds the right diagnosis and treatment. I started seeing her last year and I always recommend her to all my friends—many of whom have also had wonderful experiences under her care!
