Dr. Doctor is nice, but seems to forget everything discussed, does not respond to inquiries/requests in portal, writes prescriptions that do not last until the next visit and is hard to get refills from. It seems like she is guessing a lot of the time and prescribes things that seem to do more harm than good and then fails to respond in a timely manner or at all when you inquire about whether the side effects are normal or something to be concerned about.

The front office staff,Particularly KAYLE are rude and disfuctional,which makes the entire experience aan unhealthy atmosphere.Whether the physician is competent or` not,after dealing with people this arrogant,you feel horrible anyway

Dr. Ghaly listens to what I have concerns about and either takes care of it or points me in the right direction.
Dr. Ghaly is a pleasant woman; but as a doctor, I found her lacking. She is "test dependent" (or so I found) when working with patients. It is my experience that she does not really listen to what the patient is saying, but rather makes her judgment about what is best with little, if any consideration of what the patient is saying. She seems to avoid physical contact with the patient - something I found odd for a physician. She seems to "watch the clock" in terms of time spent with patient.
Horrible service this was my first visit to this office. She was in and out within minutes. Told her i had back and hip pain she cut me off every time I tried to speak. Once she got the information she needed she walked out of room and nev came back. I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. Everyone else in the office was extremely nice and helpful. For my first visit to this office I was not impressed with her at all. I will see the other doctor next time as I was told today she is leaving that.
