My Dr has been at this location since they opened. Office staff is always SO helpful and professional and takes their time. I’ve never felt like I was being rushed over the phone and they always double check to make sure I’ve talked about everything I needed.
After having my family doctor for 15 years, I made the decision to find a new family doctor for my kids and I. I am very happy to say I found Dr. Petta and am very happy with her. She's very friendly and professional. She listens and I never feel rushed. Thank you Dr. Petta!
Doctor is great however being told I need to come in 2 times for a child vaccination. First to talk about the vaccination and 2nd visit to actually get it is unheard of. When expressing i have never in my 5 kids needed to do a vaccination like this and would appreciate going once as I have for the past 18 years i was delivered with very rude tone and attitude right in front of my daughter by the secretary. Very unprofessional and will ensure I notify my doctor as well.
Both of our daughters recently transferred their medical care to Dr Julia Petta. She was very thorough and caring in their first visit. We are lucky Dr Petta chose to open her practice in her hometown.
