I recently changed from another dentist to Dr. Do Dental, which caused some initial confusion with insurance coverage. Aileen and Dr. Do were extremely understanding and kind, and I’m very thankful to them for waiving the fee. Their generosity and professionalism really stood out. The dental cleaning itself was excellent. It took about 1.5 hours and was surprisingly relaxing. The staff member who did my cleaning was very polite, gentle, and professional. She is so kind, all the stuff very kind with my kid, they are so gentle, kind, I love their attitude through my kids. My kid feels like she in a very warm atmosphere. Thats important for me. Thanks a lot.
