May be knowledgeable but horrible bedside manner and quite snarky and rude. When you are dealing with an end of life situation for a dear family member, you hope you have someone kind. We did not.
I have been a patient for about 8 years. Dr. Pales is relentless in a good way towards your health. He has a "come on" attitude if you do not follow through on your commitments. My previous visit "do something, anything" in respect to my health. Sometimes I need a good kick in the ____. That resonates well with me. The staff, incredible. I always leave feeling cared for.
I have been going to Dr. Pales for years! He is a great Doctor. He listens to my problems and has always helped me. His office staff is great. I highly recommend him. You will not be sorry!
