Dr. Menard has a fantastic beside manner and I appreciate the care with which he takes during my bi-yearly exam.
I found his examination unusually cursory, and yes, I would say careless. I was frozen by his lack of warmth and compassion, the cold abruptness with which I was dealt. I felt he didn't want my business but couldn't just come out and say it... For liability reasons? I wouldn't recommend him. I warn against him.
The staff is super considerate and Dr. Menard is super gentle with my kiddos. I love the office, the staff and the dentist.
