Dr. Patel and her assistant Barbara are amazing. I wouldn't smile or laugh without my hand over my mouth before going to see them. Now I can smile freely again. Not only that but I didn't feel shamed or embarrassed going to them. They are excellent at what they do and they work with you and you financial ability. I have been seeing them for a few years total now and I wouldn't go to anyone else... bar a recommendation from them. They are truly wonderful.
For someone who has extreme anxiety associated with going to the dentist and has put it off for years, I highly recommend Dr Patel. She and her assistant Barbara were very supportive and thorough, explaining the entire process. Thanks to their kindness I got through a cleaning and also a very needed filling. I would highly recommend this office

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for a night guard. After 2 attempts, neither night guard has fit. Dr. Patel made the decision, without my input, to bill my insurance for a more expensive night guard for the THIRD attempt. AFTER taking the impressions, her secretary informed me that Dr. Patel FORGOT to inform me that there would be out-of-pocket costs associated with this process (my insurance covers some night guards 100%). Complete lack of transparency and fraudulent billing practices.
