Booked an 830am appointment then made me wait until 925 to see Dr. Unprofessional and frustrating considering he butchered my balls last time he did surgery. What is this medical system come to??? Its absolutely pathetic. I am formally noting that the scheduled phone appointment on April 21 was not completed by the provider. This caused a delay in care. The patient is now hospitalized and requires ongoing urology follow-up.
Please stay away from this doctor. He is a risk to public health. Dr. Samarasekera did not perform my surgery well for which I have to suffer for the rest of my life. Please do not make the mistake of trusting this doctor. He is horrible human being who treats they're patient like his experiments. He will not explain you anything related to your health and will only see you for a minute or less and will try to finish the appointment as soon as he can so he can see more patients. After a long wait to get an appointment I had reservations regarding my procedure and Dr Samarasekera was very supportive and eased my mind about taking some time to make a decision. I'm changing my star rating. No wonder why there's only 2.9 stars and I wouldn't say it's because of the doctor. It's the receptionist. She is the most unpleasant, rude and unhelpful person.
