The Dr took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I didn’t have any questions before leaving.
The facility is clean. Dr, Murthi listened to my symptoms and asked questions. He ruled out my concerns by having X-rays taken to confirm no structural damage. He then discussed options and was polite and courteous the entire time.

Dr. Murthi is very personable from the moment you meet him! It is very apparent he wants to help fix or resolve whatever you are there for. He asks you to explain what the issue is, when it started and what are the symptoms you are experiencing. I guess what I appreciated the most was he actually had listened and that I had pretty much exhausted what the issue could be. My visit with Dr. Murthi was, as usual, great. I was taken to X-ray within one minute of my arrival; Dr. Murthi came into the exam room with two minutes after my X-rays were taken, and met with me for about 10 minutes to review the X-rays and talk about continuing treatment plans. I couldn't be more happy with him being my spine doc!
He explained and went over my condition answering my questions and provided a plan we both agreed on going forward.
