Dr. Murthi asked many questions and had me show him my limited motion then motivated his staff to set-up all the things I would need to do to get the appropriate medical attention for my situation. He took me very seriously and showed me the MRI and Xrays on his screen and gave me options for my care. I was VERY pleased with his professionalism.
The doctor and staff were very pleasant and professional. I was given options on my treatment and so far, so good. Very happy with the whole experience.

Explained the exam and what he was accessing. Reviewing of imaging was easy to understand he also used models to further represent where issues were coming from. Involved me in decisions of treatment plan allowing me to chose conservative approach with a step approach if things got worse. Well documented visit allowing for reference as to the recommended steps. I appreciate his compassionate and professional approach.
I have been having pain for years in my right shoulder and neck; more recently my lower back and knee. Dr. Murthi has listened to my complaints and heard all the different types of treatments that I have done. I finally felt heard as a patient and not brushed off as I was with many other drs. I feel that we have a good plan in place and am excited to see the outcome.
Everything went very smoothly. Everyone was polite. Dr Murthi always listens closely to me and has a plan to help me with my issues
