He butchered my body. I went to see Dr Golla for a consult on my aging face, droopy eyelid and abdominal liposuction. Dr Golla made his entrance into the exam room and leaned against an exam table in a position of intimidation and dominance. I was seated in a chair. He asked the reason for my visit. Years of avoiding mirrors due to childbirth and domestic violence scars led to a monumental decision: breast augmentation for confidence and healing. Dr. Golla promised a simple fix, but post-surgery, complications arose. When I was recently diagnosed with a malignant melanoma, Dr. Golla was highly recommended by my dermatologist. He made me feel at ease and promptly scheduled me for surgery. He has been nothing but kind, understanding and compassionate.
Dr. Golla explained the pros and cons of the elective surgery I have been considering. Also, he recommended that I have a skin consultation with Dina Pascua (Medical Aesthetician). I plan to visit Dr. Golla's Center in the near future.
Dr. Golla was patient and kind. He made me feel like I was his only patient that day and was willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. He answered everyone of my questions without making me rushed. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision that day. I would highly recommend Dr. Golla and his staff!
I was seen and treated for the first time yesterday. The staff was very nice, Elizabeth explained a lot to me as I’ve not been to a plastic surgeon before and gave me some ideas on things I want to have done in the future as well. No pressure, no sales, I even asked if I should have more and was told not yet, see how this goes in two weeks. I will definitely be back.
