I really wanted to see Dr. Prus. However, I kept getting looped within the automated system. I’ve been trying for 2 days. First I would get disconnected, then I would speak to a “patient advocate” and they were not helpful or knowledgeable. To simply speak with the office is not possible. Dr. Prus: I hope you can leave Optum because this is positively a nightmare phone system.
went to Dr. Prus years ago, moved on to another Doctor then came back, that was my first mistake. Let me just start out by saying the staff is the major reason for the low score. They are very rude and the lack of communication is nauseating and absolutely zero respect for patients or their time. You cannot reach anyone on the phone, cannot get calls back, I'm not even talking about from the doctor herself, every line goes to voicemail and they NEVER call back.
