If you want to feel like your needs don’t matter and your voice is completely ignored, then this is the place for you. The doctor is 100% knowledgeable and good at what she does medically — but the practice itself is a disaster. The office is extremely unprofessional and does not prioritize patients at all. The receptionist is the main problem. She is rude, unprofessional, and picks and chooses who she wants to schedule. Dr. Eftimescu is very knowledgeable and professional. She has decades of experience in her profession! I loved my visit and her advices! She really cares about her patients. The office staff was nice, she booked me right away and I could get in at the the time I booked.
If you haven’t already seen the numerous amounts of bad reviews about their horrible customer service I would recommend you filter through all the obvious lies (those 5 stars are not deserved) and read the 1 stars. The front desk person needs serious training on how to treat a patient and maybe just anyone in general. And the fact that the office even allowed this woman to yell at anyone in the office tells me more than I could explain about the entire office itself. Unfortunately, my experience with this provider was very negative. From the beginning, I felt rushed and talked over when trying to explain my concerns. Important questions were brushed off, and I did not feel supported or listened to as a patient. Bedside manner was lacking, and the appointment felt more transactional than caring. I expect better communication and compassion from a medical professional. I would not return or recommend this office.
Completely unprofessional. The receptionist needs help to check in every patient that walks in, so the doctor leaves the room to go help her, EVEN IF YOURE NAKED FROM THE WAIST DOWN for 15 minutes cause she won’t do your ultrasound until the doctor runs your card (because the receptionist can’t figure out how to run it). I had to pull my pants back up and go find the doctor cause I had already been there 2 hours. My appointment was 2:10 I got there at 1:50 and I didn’t get checked in by the receptionist until 2:50 and then I... read more
