Dr. Kondrashov is the best dr. He did my cervical surgery i’m in the process of healing but, the surgery itself was excellent post op day 1 I didn’t feel any pain on my surgical site. . He is very personal and individualized his care. He will call you post op day 1 which is not usual for other institutions. He personally checked me after my surgery during my recovery period yo check if everything was well. Dr K took his time explaining the procedure and giving me the options. I never felt rushed.
This office is unethical and incompetent. Went in to see a "PA" because Doctor wasn't available but told he would stop in if necessary. Put in a room with a 23 year old with zero medical ability. She reads my chart and recommends an MRI and xray and puts down a diagnosis of the same thing I had 8 years before, even though symptoms are COMPLETELY different. I ask to see doctor and suddenly doctor doesn't see anyone before an MRI. Funny, he saw me 3 other times for issues before an MRI.
Dr Kondrashov is very kind, caring and a brilliant surgeon. My husband and I have had 5 very successful surgeries with him. I highly recommend him for spine surgery.
