"The high levels of incompetence of the office staff do not deserve a single star. They seem to be unable to receive faxes and when questioned resort to misdirection and outright lies, claiming they have called my doctors office - they have not. Nor did they call me back as promised. Highly frustrating not worth the time. Seek help elsewhere. "
