Dr. Gitelmaker is super cool. Not in a trying too hard way but in that rare way where you can tell he actually cares and doesn’t have some wall up. He talked to me like a human being, not a patient, not a problem to fix, but like someone he genuinely wanted to understand. He’s unpretentious, didn’t rush, didn’t have a robotic checklist.
