This practice is so not professional and not organized. The stuff think there are in girls night out meeting, always chatting, on their phone and not paying attention to what they are doing. I called to verify my blood work, the nurse said is negative, I didn't trust her, I came day after and asked to talk with the doctor, saying my blood work came positive and had to take antibiotics. I had to wait for over an hour but was not able to see the doctor. Staff and doctor were not able to provide any explanation or apologies. Wasted my time today and accomplished nothing.
Dr.Hanna is my primary care doctor since 7 years ago , she is the best doctor I have ever seen, she is treating her patients as her family, she is listening and explaining everything, friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind and nice, with high level of experience, her staff too very professional, helpful and hard workers and very organized, I really appreciate their service

I usually don't recommend health care providers as so much is subjective but I would gladly make an exception for Dr. Hanna. I would personally recommend her to anyone. It's a bit of a drive but after listening to my advice (probably the first time ever...) my 35 year old son and his family, who live in Naperville, went to see her. He was equally impressed and said it was well worth the 60 minute drive and even scheduled a follow up appointment.
This place is amazing, dr Hanna is been our doctor for years, even when they were on the old clinic. We watched them grow and go through many stages, of course for better, the new clinic is very welcoming and relaxing while waiting for doctor to see you, one thing did not change through years is dr Hanna's way of treating us, she is always there, through all my family's ups and downs, with a big heart and a comforting smile, i trust her with all my family's health needs. Wednesday 11-14-18 made me think about patients and doctors. Should doctors be there for the patients? Should patients feel comfortable and taken care of with their doctor? Did not have big issues with Dr Hanna’s office before yesterday. Never liked the policy that you need to come for check up every 3 months. If I want referral, refill, follow up with specialist or anything else that is above the knowledge and expertise of general practice, I need to go through scheduling, waiting-I was never
I wish there was a ZERO start to rate this practice. These people are good knowledgeable enough for patients that cant speak english and have no idea what is happening with their health. I am so glad that my father is out of their care and he is with our very good family doctor. This place knows how to invest the money in decorating with all fancy decorations and furniture instead of getting more important medical equipments and tools. People die from flu stop doing business and be a good doctor
