Very unprofessional staff/surgery scheduler!!! My mother was scheduled for a surgery, were given paper and time to arrive to the sx center and we were told to go to banner desert for the surgery and check in at 5:30am , we check in at the sx center only to come find out we weren’t even on Dr. Bobras surgery schedule for any day, they never added us! And they were skeptic as to why they told us to come at 5:30 am when all his surgeries were starting at 8:30am. Definitely taking my mother to a different doctor at this point. D... read more
Dr bobra did my mom’s fistula surgery. He and his staff were very professional and answered all of our questions about the procedure. 45 years of experience under his belt. Very satisfied and highly recommend.
