If I could give zero stars I would. As mentioned in the other consistently bad reviews, all they care about is money. As for the doctor, prioritized her own emotions before the patient’s and shouldn’t really be a doctor if you severely lack patient care. Prioritizing the health of YOUR patients while you are clocked in is APART OF THE JOB. Just save yourself time and go to a real doctor’s office. Not a little shack that advertises the importance of patient health but does the literal opposite.
If it would allow zero stars I would have chosen that, this practice and Dr. Digenero seems more concerned about money than patient care and if you owe a balance of any kind you will be kicked out of their practice for patient care, it seems that it is not the patient that matters, it's the money, it's understandable that they have to have money to operate but refusing to call in an important medication refill knowing that the result could and would result in a medical emergency seems ridiculous to me, there is a DR. on just... read more
First they made me wait 3 months to get a new patient appointment. Then they refused to see me because I had a cold. A COLD. They even lied and said they aren't seeing sick patients even though they saw my mother days before because she also had a cold. They diagnosed her with bronchitis. And what kind of doctor doesn't see sick patients? Being sick is the only reason to see a doctor! Their policies are ridiculous and clearly some patients get better treatment than others.

I thought she was great at first, until she charged me an extra office visit for things we never discussed. There were some other miscommunications, which led me to consider switching PCPs. When I talked to the office about switching PCPs, they locked me out of my medical records. I never even got a follow up from Dr. D or even an email to let me know that I would no longer be able to get refills on my prescription. So, now I’m scrambling to find a physician to fill my meds.
