Dr Guerrero is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. The office staff are so helpful and very caring and supportive.
I had my first consult with Dr. Guerrero and rate it 5 stars. The office was friendly and welcoming, my prep nurse was wonderful, and when Dr. G came in he was kind, personable, had reviewed my records and was fully prepared to discuss my situation. He talked in language I could easily understand, he would stop to ask me if I had any questions, he explained our options and how procedures would work. He was UPSET that I came back to him after my other doctor closed up shop. Got accused by him and his PA stating it looks like I was shopping for drugs even though I told them I have a month supply left and I was coming back to reestablish being a patient NOT asking for more opioids. He didn’t even want to speak to me he sent his PA to tell me and when I asked nicely if I can speak to him and he came in ARROGANT AND MAD. He prescribed medication for nerve pain I was having . I had concerns about taking a narcotic and he yelled at me saying, "I wouldn't prescribe it if you didn't need it." Instead of working with me to find something I felt more comfortable taking.
Just finished epidural #3. As someone who worked in hospital-based healthcare for 40 years, I can tell you this is a wonderful physician/staff. Great communication, detail oriented, kind and gentle. I was recommended to the doctor and will definitely recommend to my friends/family!
My husband and I went to see Dr Guerrero regarding my husband’s cancer pain. Generally, when a person goes into a dr office, when the dr enters, he says something like, “What brings you here today?” However, when Dr Guerrero entered, he clearly already knew what brought us to his office, and already had a plan to help.
