I recently had left shoulder surgery performed by Dr. Herrera, and I cannot speak highly enough of him and his exceptional office staff. Dr. Herrera is a true professional—knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly skilled. Excellent Doctor he Knows what his doing. Very kaind and the secretary is the most lovely person that I ever seem
ZERO bedside manner, Zero compassion and even less empathy! He looks as if he would rather be anywhere else than speaking to a patient. When I made inquiries about my situation and I mentioned I still had pain, before I could explain he cut me off and said "It's SUPPOSED to hurt!" I asked several more questions and he spent the rest of the appointment with his arms folded across his chest with a bored expression on his face acting as if we were bothering him. Not a pleasant experience!
I was recommended to Dr. Herrera by a direct report of mine. He is straight to the point and tells you like it is. He did a phenomenal job on my surgery and I have no regrets going to him. Never had any issues with the staff and I have always been relatively in and out when I've gone for an appt/follow up with the surgery.

Had surgery in 2015 no problems after the surgery on my shoulder . He tells you like it is and if you don't want to he tells you not to waste your and his time .
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Despite him not being clear on his diagnosis he also talked in a very prideful and sarcastic way! He also wants you to see his "recommended" x-rays and MRI clinics! Payed money and waited a long time to come back more confused. Definitely not professional at all.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FRONT DESK STAFF IS LACKING IN COMMUNICATION SKILLS, THEY WANT YOU TO SEE HIS RECOMMENDED DOCTORS AND THEN POORLY FOLLOWS UP. THE DOCTOR HIMSELF HAS LITTLE TIME TO SPEND WITH YOU, ASKING QUESTIONS WITHOUT LISTENING TO THE ANSWER!!!
