Dr. Gulesserian is an excellent, thorough doctor who genuinely cares about his patients, but the office staff service here is incredibly frustrating. The front desk is consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and disorganized. Getting anyone on the phone is a major challenge, and there is absolutely zero follow-up on critical administrative tasks.
