Personable and Professional staff.
Hey I’m a UNCG Student and did a follow up for an iud placement after a routine checkup. My initial impression of Dr.cole was that she seemed so friendly until I got nervous at my follow up appointment. She was about to start the iud placement without telling me much about the procedure except that it hurt a lot. I’m very anxious so that I told her how nervous that makes me. So I wanted to know more about the procedure. As a patient I think it’s reasonable to want to know about a procedure, how it works and why it’s painful.... read more
Wonderful experience..The Dr was very nice
A great place. The staff was excellent and treated me well. My Dr. listened to my concerns and treated me accordingly. I didn’t have to wait after I checked in. They made my visit comfortable.
I am always pleased when going to see Dr. Griffin!!! She is concerned and always kind and helpful.
Dr Cole was very kind and took the fear out of my procedure. She explained everything and the procedure was quick and painless. She was the best!
Had both ears irrigated. Dr. K and his staff are excellent as always.
