Dr. Hahn and entire team are amazing! Professional and really care about their patients! I’m so glad they’re in the neighborhood at such a great location!
Have had a horrible experience here- and never met Dr. Applegate. The dentist isn't in for any of my appointments. When I ask about it, I get a very defensive "it's legal!" Shady billing charges, rude front desk communication.
All members of the staff are extremely helpful, polite, kind, and knowledgeable. They went over and above to help me. 11 out of 10, highly recommended!
My experience with the administration of this office has been quite awful. Cristina in the front desk has been very defensive when try to ask about billing. There is a lack of communication and disconnect on services with the dentist. I was also told that my insurances were in network and in fact the dental insurance was not. I got up sold on services under the guise it would be covered more by insurance than it in fact was. I like many, don’t look forward to the dentist. These folks are busy, but good at communicating what they’re doing, good energy with the hygienist who puts you at ease. Also nice touch with music playing. I knew what they were doing and why. They aren’t looking for extras to bill you on and made sending over X-rays easy peezy.
